Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport and after completing the immigration process, our safari driver will warmly welcome you, provide a brief orientation, and then transfer you to your reserved accommodation.

Kigali City Tour and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After a hearty breakfast, our guide will pick you up from your hotel to begin your adventure with a captivating city tour. Your journey starts with a visit to Kimironko Market, where you will experience the vibrant local trade and daily life. This will be followed by visits to local art galleries, offering deeper insights into Rwandan culture and artistic heritage. Along with these experiences, you’ll explore other notable highlights that showcase the city’s rich culture and history. Following the city tour, you will enjoy an en-route lunch before embarking on a scenic journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in South-western Uganda. Along the way, marvel at the breath-taking views of terraced farms and rolling landscapes. Bwindi is globally renowned as the sanctuary for nearly half of the world’s endangered mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, indulge in a delightful dinner and settle in for an overnight stay.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Start your day with an early morning coffee, then prepare for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority officials. You will then head into the jungle to search for the elusive mountain gorillas and observe their lifestyle in their natural habitat. After locating the gorillas, you will have the unique opportunity to spend an hour with these gentle giants, gazing into their expressive eyes. Gorilla trekking requires a reasonable level of fitness, as well as essentials such as walking shoes, packed food, mineral water, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a hat. The duration of the trek can vary from half a day to a full day, depending on the gorillas’ movements. In the afternoon, embark on a village foot safari to explore the local community, interact with its residents, and immerse yourself in their vibrant culture. The experience concludes with a captivating traditional performance. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

After an early morning breakfast, embark on a brief sightseeing experience, allowing you to capture stunning photographs before departing for Kigali. Upon arrival in Kigali, enjoy a delicious lunch, followed by a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, a poignant site where over 250,000 Rwandans are buried, offering a moving insight into the country's history. To conclude your journey, you will be transferred to the airport or your hotel.
